Process Automation Specialist



Position Overview:
 As a Process Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across our diverse business units. Your primary focus will be on identifying and automating mundane, manual processes, thereby allowing our team to dedicate more time to personal customer interactions and enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 Process Mapping and Analysis:
 Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes across various business units.
 Identify inefficiencies and areas ripe for automation.
Automation Strategy:
 Devel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Op and implement strategies for automating identified processes.
 Collaborate with IT and other departments to create effective automation solutions.
Project Management:
 Manage automation projects from conception to implementation.
 Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
 Monitor automated processes and make adjustments as needed.
 Stay abreast of new technologies and methods in process automation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
 Work closely with team members to understand their needs and concerns.
 Provide training and support to staff adjusting to new automated processes.
Reporting and Documentation: 
 Document all processes and changes made.
 Prepare reports on automation projects and their impact on the business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process analysis and automation with a strong preference for using AI for automation
  • Strong understanding of automation tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
